Licences and download access
Membership or a contribution credit provides download access. The licence on each listing governs how the resource may be used and adapted.
Internal use
The internal-use licence permits use and adaptation for work within one organisation. It also permits sharing the adapted result with people who need it for that internal purpose.
It does not permit redistribution of original files through another template library or as a competing resource.
Client work
A resource with a client-use licence may be adapted for the client engagement described on its listing. The licence covers that engagement unless the listing grants broader use; separate engagements require separate permission unless the listing says otherwise.
Open licences
Some resources use a public licence such as the Open Government Licence or Creative Commons Attribution. The listing and file identify the applicable licence, source and attribution requirements.
The public licence governs reuse of those resources; the internal-use and client-use terms on this page do not replace or narrow it.
Versions and updates
Cancellation ends future renewals but does not cancel the licence for a resource you have downloaded. A full refund can revoke the access granted by that payment. Included file formats and approved corrections for the version remain available in My library.
A later edition may differ from the version you downloaded. Its listing identifies the current scope, licence and included files.
Ownership and attribution
Rights remain with the authors or source rights holders unless a listing identifies public-domain material. Complyzard provides access under the licence or rights statement on the listing. Any required attribution and third-party notices remain part of those terms.
The document licence does not certify compliance or replace a professional assessment.
