You retain ownership of your original material. You must have permission to distribute everything you submit, including any employer, client or third-party material.
Do not submit confidential information, personal data that should not be public, restricted standard texts or content copied from another marketplace without the necessary rights.
Share and earn downloads
Choosing the sharing option grants Complyzard a non-exclusive licence to host, preview and distribute the published resource through contribution credits and membership downloads.
Each published original contribution earns one download credit and author attribution. Contributions do not earn cash royalties.
Distribution
Contributions are distributed through Complyzard membership and earned download credits. The contribution programme provides credits and attribution, without cash royalties.
Review and maintenance
Publication does not certify factual accuracy or legal compliance. A moderator may remove a listing if a rights or safety issue is reported.
Keep the resource current and disclose material issues. Revisions to an existing resource do not create a new contribution credit.
Withdrawal and existing licences
You can request withdrawal from future distribution. Existing customer licences remain in effect, subject to applicable rights and any necessary removal for unlawful material.
Publication permissions and refund effects must be shown before they take effect. Contact support if a document is removed or a contribution credit is reversed.
