Rights and attribution
Contributors must own their work or have permission to share it. Openly licensed material includes its source, licence and required attribution. Confidential or restricted material has no place in the library.
Files and listings
Documents are available in PDF, DOCX, XLSX or PPTX. Listings identify the author, version, scope and licence. A preview is available where the format permits.
Scope of the checks
Publication checks do not certify factual or legal accuracy, current regulatory coverage or suitability for an individual organisation. A document licence does not certify compliance or replace a professional assessment.
Updates and reports
Contributors can publish updates with version history. Moderators review reported rights or safety concerns and can remove documents when needed. Existing licences remain subject to the terms on the document listing.
