Accounts and sign-in
A Complyzard account keeps saved documents, downloads and membership together. Email verification is required for account access. Password reset and verification messages are sent to the account email address.
Free trial and membership
New members get 10 document downloads across a 30-day free trial after completing checkout. A card is required. Membership then renews automatically at $19/month for unlimited downloads, plus any applicable tax, unless cancelled. Reminders are sent before the first payment.
Cancellation and billing
Membership & billing shows trial or paid access dates, renewal controls, payment methods and invoices. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access until the trial or paid period ends.
Downloads and bookmarks
My library contains previous downloads and included corrections. Saved documents contains bookmarks. Membership includes every available file format; the licence on each listing governs use of the document.
Contributions and credits
Each published original contribution earns one non-expiring download credit. Duplicates and corrections do not earn additional credits. Membership downloads do not spend contribution credits.

The contact form accepts account, trial, billing, download, contribution and rights requests. A document link or order reference can help identify the issue. Replies are sent by email.
