Tell us what happened
If a file is broken, materially misdescribed or missing included content, contact support from the resource page. Include the version and your order reference where available.
We will investigate and may provide a corrected file, replacement, refund or restored credit, depending on the problem. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Credit unlocks
If an eligible resource cannot be supplied as described, we can restore the credit used for that unlock. Restoring a credit reverses that unlock so it cannot be used as a way to duplicate access.
Re-downloading the same unlocked version never requires a second credit.
Paid purchases
Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Provider processing times may vary. If a payment confirmation is delayed, contact support before making another purchase.
Any legally required consent relating to immediate digital delivery and withdrawal rights must be presented separately at checkout. Downloading a file alone is not described here as an automatic waiver of rights.
Membership
Cancel renewal in Membership & billing. You retain access until the trial or paid period ends. Cancelling before the free trial ends avoids the first membership charge.
Contact support about a billing error or refund. A full refund removes access associated with the refunded period.
