Using Complyzard
Complyzard provides access to compliance resources and contributor publishing tools. Create an account using accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise on your account.

Membership and downloads
New members are eligible for one 30-day free trial after completing checkout with a payment method. The trial includes up to 10 distinct document downloads in total. Repeat downloads, alternative formats and included corrections of the same document use no additional allowance. The allowance does not reset during the trial. Membership then renews automatically at $19 per month for unlimited downloads, plus any applicable tax, unless cancelled before the trial ends. Creating an account alone does not start a trial or subscription. The pricing page and checkout show the offer and renewal terms.
You can choose to end the trial early and start paid membership in Membership & billing. The first $19 monthly payment, plus any applicable tax, is charged immediately after confirmation, and unlimited downloads begin when payment succeeds. Reaching the trial limit alone does not trigger a charge or start paid membership.
Cancellation in Membership & billing stops future renewals. Any remaining trial allowance stays available until the trial ends; paid access continues until the paid period ends. The document licence remains in effect for files already downloaded, subject to its terms. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Publication does not certify compliance or suitability for an individual organisation.
Contribution credits
Published original sharing contributions earn the reward shown before submission. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred and do not expire at launch. A routine update does not earn a new contribution reward.
Credits obtained through duplicate submissions, rights violations or other abuse may be reversed. We will investigate disputed decisions and provide a way to contact support.
Availability and changes
We may correct or withdraw content where required by rights concerns, a material defect or legal obligations. We will explain significant changes affecting purchased access when possible.
Membership terms, cancellation and update entitlements are described on the pricing and licensing pages. Changes to paid terms apply as communicated before the relevant transaction or renewal.
Issues and account closure
Contact support if a payment, resource or account action appears wrong. The refund policy describes our resolution process.
You may request account closure and a copy of your account information. We retain records where needed for transaction accounting, fraud prevention or other applicable obligations.
