New members get 10 resource downloads across a 30-day trial after completing checkout. A payment method is required. At the end of the trial, membership renews automatically at $19/month, plus any applicable tax, unless cancelled. We’ll email you before your first payment.

The trial is for new members and is available once per account. Creating an account is free and does not start a trial or a subscription. Your trial starts when you complete checkout.

Paid membership includes unlimited downloads of every resource on Complyzard, all available file formats and new additions. The trial includes 10 resources. Repeat downloads and other formats of the same resource do not use another trial download.

Free accounts, including accounts on a free trial, can publish up to 5 documents daily. Paid membership raises this to 30. Only successfully published documents use this allowance. Files can be up to 100 MB, and you can prepare two uploads at a time.

Yes. Choose Upgrade now in Membership & billing. Your trial ends and the first $19 monthly payment, plus any applicable tax, is charged. Unlimited downloads start as soon as payment succeeds.

Yes. Use Cancel trial renewal or Cancel membership in Membership & billing. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid your first payment. Any remaining trial downloads stay available until the trial ends; paid access continues until the paid period ends.

Yes. Your downloaded files remain yours to use under the resource licence.
